Trovery Terms of Service
By using Trovery, you agree to these terms.
The service
Trovery is a personal collection app: you save things you want to do, watch, eat, visit, or buy, and the app helps organise them, including with AI features. Trovery is provided by Vivian Ngai ("we").
Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 13 years old. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account).
Your content
You own what you save in Trovery. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service — including processing it through the third-party AI services described in our Privacy Policy, and displaying lists you choose to share to the people you share them with.
Don't upload content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or is harmful or abusive. Public lists you create can be seen by anyone with the link — you're responsible for what you make public. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
AI features
AI-generated categorisations, suggestions, descriptions, and images can be inaccurate. They're a convenience, not advice. Review anything the AI fills in for you.
Subscriptions
Trovery offers a free tier and paid Pro plans (monthly, annual, and lifetime). Payments are processed by Google Play, and Google's refund policies apply. Prices may change; existing lifetime purchases stay valid. Downgrading or cancelling returns your account to the free tier's limits — your content is not deleted, but you may not be able to add more until you're within free limits.
Availability and changes
Trovery is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Trovery. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using Trovery and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
