Delete your account
In the app
Open Trovery, go to Profile → Delete account, and confirm. This permanently removes your profile, lists, items, images, and sharing records. The underlying authentication record is removed within 24 hours.
Without the app installed
Email support@mytrovery.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm once it's done.
What gets deleted
Your profile, lists, items, notes, tags, photos, and sharing records. Content you shared to other people's lists as a collaborator may remain visible to them, attributed to a removed account.
What we keep, and why
Nothing beyond what's needed to comply with legal obligations (for example, financial records tied to a purchase). See the Privacy Policy for the full picture of what Trovery collects and how it's used.
